🥳Read-a-thon thank you!

Wow! Thank you for showing that you are the school with the❤️by your giving nature. The PTA is so grateful for your generosity.

 Thank you to everyone for helping us to hit our fundraising goal!!! What a huge success! THANK YOU to all our Amazing and Generous Dragon Families for signing up and donating to our Read a Thon! We are continually impressed and honored to be part of such an amazing community.  We raised more money this year than past, all because of you!!! A big Thank you to Jessica Scott and Nicole Miles for organizing this incredible and extremely successful fundraiser! More donations are still coming in but stay tuned to see how far above our goal we reached.  Prizes will continue to be handed out next week.

The donation list will be updated this weekend. There is still time for students to come to the Prize Store. Once again, the Prize Store is for students who raised monetary donations. The store will be open on Tuesday, 10/22 and Thursday, 10/24 from 2-2:30 in the library. Teachers will receive lists of which students are allowed to attend the store. 

All other drawings for prizes from donations will be announced by November 3rd.

Families For Equity In Education September Newsletter

Families for Equity in Education is part of the North County COastal PTA and addresses issues of diversity, equity and inclusion at school and at home. Our work depends on fostering relationships with families throughout the North Coastal Communities of San Diego County so that we can do the important, but sometimes uncomfortable, work of working towards change.

The hope is that by learning about each other we can work towards the collective good of all. Incorporating this work into our everyday lives is a journey, with the ultimate goal of recognizing and honoring the humanity and inherent worth of each person in our community.
